The Police and Crime Panel became fully operational in November 2012. The Panel first met in July 2012 to agree terms of reference. Broxbourne Borough Council is the host local authority for the PCP and provides administrative and other support to the Panel and its members. All meetings of the Panel are open to the public to attend. Agendas and papers will be made available to the public one week before a meeting. The minutes will be made available as soon as possible after a meeting.
